Central
Ground water Board (CGWB) is India's apex organisation
in the field of Ground Water Resource Planning and
Management. It is a subordinate department under the
Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India. South
Estern Region(SER), Bhubaneswar, one of the regional
directorates of CGWB, looks after the ground water
related issues in Orissa state.
