Central Ground Water Board, Central Region Nagpur
has organized training programms at various places
in the State of Maharashtra, India. to train the District level
functionaries in the Ground Water related aspects, enlighten them
with the availability of Ground Water resources in the respective
districts, changing scenario in the Ground Water Regime in its
quantity and quality and the corrective measures that are to be
adopted in managing the Ground Water Resources. These District level
functionaries are expected to transfer this knowledge to grassroot
level functionaries and see that the invaluable Ground Water
Resource is used and managed with scientific and judicious approach.
